I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Tuscany and had a delightful experience. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the waiter serving us was incredibly professional and friendly. Despite some minor inconveniences, I must say that the hotel staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I particularly appreciated their accommodating attitude and the fact that they were always ready to assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.

I absolutely loved the classic Italian decor of the hotel. The elegant furniture, beautiful artwork, and cozy sitting areas made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and mingling with other guests. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The wide hallways, ramps, and elevators made it easy for me to navigate around the premises without any difficulties.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a little more attentive. While most of the staff were kind and helpful, there were a couple of instances where I had to wait a bit longer for assistance or had to ask for something multiple times.

Clean and spacious rooms, with friendly staff who were always helpful. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the main attractions and shops. One of the best aspects was the beautiful outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

The dinner was inconsistent in quality, with some great meals and others that made us consider eating out. The menu, although in both Italian and English, didn't always make sense.

The hotel needs some major renovations. The slow service in the restaurant during dinner was unbearable.

The value for the money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable, especially with the option of a connecting room for the children. The location was great for exploring nearby cities like Florence and Pisa, and it was also within walking distance to the town center with its lovely cafes and restaurants. The staff, including reception and waiters Elvis and Tommaso, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with some complimentary mineral water.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location in the town centre was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. The staff, from the reception to the waiters, were all friendly and fun, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also loved the terrace area where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's spa and wellness centre was a great addition, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, offering a range of treatments for ultimate relaxation. we highly recommend this place to family and friends!
